Finance Administrator
6 month Fixed Term contract
up to £28,000
North London

My client is looking for a highly motivated and agile Finance Administrator to be responsible for providing support to the Operations and Real Estate Finance teams. This will include matters relating to the accuracy and completeness of restaurant openings, transactions between my client and their Franchisees, communication on rent changes and financial planning and reporting tools. Furthermore, to show curiosity and a learning orientation that develops their technical skills and brings process improvement to fruition in an efficient and effective manner. The role will be for six months, with a desire for the candidate to elevate the effectiveness of the teams they support, thereby driving business focus and efficiencies.

Responsibilities will include:

Effectively carry out all transactional administration duties associated with the sale of restaurants from my client to their Franchisees.
Prepares, verifies and accurately completes deal presentation packs for both existing and new restaurants
Build and nurture collaborative relationships with the People, Property and Franchising teams to ensure information required is requested and received on time
Support the completion of key business processes, gathering information and developing improvements and efficiency whilst ensuring deadlines and data integrity are preserved.
Utilise advanced Excel functionality, system tools and macros to streamline processes and remove manual touch points.
Maintains and updates tracking on various team priorities and evolves where appropriate.
Prepares, formats, prints and collates key business documentation.
Proactively deliver a high standard of customer service to all internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Contribute to achieving the overall department's goals, through continuous improvement
Provides clear guidance on compliance to procedures and processes.
Demonstrates great business partnership and seek to engage key stakeholders in initiatives to validate and gain their support.
Proactively shares input and feedback to enhance or evolve work processes.
Maintains and updates procedures and documentation
Use continuous innovation to determine value-add solutions that improve the customer experience and efficiency of the wider team.
Maintain ongoing daily and weekly tasks to a high standard
Demonstrate absolute diligence to ensure integrity and accuracy of department output
