Finance Business Partner

Investigo are excited to be working with a client based in Hemel Hempstead who are looking for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join their growing team on a 12 month FTC basis.

The Role:

The Interim Finance Business Partner will be responsible of -

• Finance leader for a portfolio of sites, providing finance support to Regional Director, leadership teams and central support functions.
• Lead on budget setting and forecast process to ensure challenging but achievable budgets set.
• Review of financial performance, with insight & challenge and identification of continuous improvement opportunities.
• Financial support for capital approval requests and post implementation reviews
• Financial leadership and coaching to site leadership teams.
• Ensure financial performance is optimised
• Improved financial performance through targets and tracking.
• Identify and influence delivery of better financial performance.
• Ensure accountability for delivery of capital benefits.
• Increase finance capabilities of the leadership teams

.Profile:

• Fully qualified or QBE
• Experience within a similar role
• A Strong understanding of Finance Business Partnering
• Experience working within a fast paced team

On offer:

Salary circa - £60,000 to £65,000

Length - 12 month FTC
