Financial Controller (Regional) required to lead a small team and drive the finances and decision support for a small to medium sized business based near Bishops Stortford
Whilst reporting into the Group Financial Controller and working closely with the regional Operations Management you will be responsible for a small team and will have oversight for all elements of finance for the region
Accountabilities and duties include:
Monthly Management Reporting over-site, management and development of a small transactional finance team who manager Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, collections, cashbook, Payroll and nominal ledger.
Preparation of year end and half year Financial Statements, Annual budgeting in line with group, preparation of Management Accounts, P&L analysis for a number of sites along with commentary and recommendations to support the business, cash-flow forecasting and management, provision of decision support including investment appraisal to the operations management team, systems and process improvements and ad-hoc project work
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant ACA,CIMA or ACA with broad accounting exposure and a desire to support the ongoing growth of the business.
