Financial Controller required for high growth Gaming/Tech business based in Hertfordshire with very easy access to London

Whilst reporting the CFO and working closely with the Board on a daily basis you will oversee all financial related matters within a fast track business who are on track to double profit over the next few years

Working closely with the CFO and working within a vibrant workplace with modern offices your accountabilities and duties include:

Management and development of the finance team, Budgeting and forecasting, regular management reporting along with commentary and suggestions to the board, investment appraisal, all financial reporting including half year and annual submissions, Tax and VAT related matters, Treasury, development of commercial KPI's and provision of decision support to the business, cash-flow management and monitoring overhead/spend, managing the relationships with external bodies including banking and auditors and FCA. Financial planning both short and long term.

It is an FCA regulated business and prior exposure would be of advantage.

This is a mid-sized business and will require a hands-on individual who recognises what "best in class" looks like with an appetite to play a large role in ongoing growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will a technically strong, commercially minded and ambitious qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA with the ability to influence and drive growth.
