Commercial Financial Controller required for high growth market leader within the Facilities Management sector.

Whilst working with the Financial and Managing Director you will support strategy and see that budgets are met as well as leading performance review meetings with the operations and sales management.

Reporting to the Financial Director and managing a team of 6 you will take ownership for the commercial finance activities of the business whilst ensuring that the monthly reporting reflects the operations in order to support business decisions.

You will oversee the finance function whilst driving commercial activities such as acquisitions, supporting bids, pricing and investment appraisal.

Key accountabilities and duties include:

Management, development of the finance team including succession planning, bid support, cash management, pricing and investment appraisal, supporting pending acquisitions, oversight of production of Monthly and periodic management reporting to identify trends, forecasting and budgeting, oversight of transactional finance including AR, AP and Credit Control, ongoing process improvements and maintaining regular contact with the operational teams to ensure a clear view of the business activity is reflected in the numbers and risk is kept to a minimum.

At present the Statutory accounting and Tax are outsourced with the view to bringing in-house in the future so exposure to this would be beneficial.
