Whilst reporting into Head of Finance and Managing a team of 4 you will be joining the business during a period of restructuring of the Finance function and will play an active role in taking the business to the next level.
Key accountabilities and duties include: Financial planning, overheads analysis, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, reporting on actuals versus plan, supporting statutory accounting with VAT, overheads and other areas. Supporting and improving systems to ensure that ongoing growth can be accommodated and remain efficient.
The successful applicant will be comfortable in liaising with senior management across the business within Finance, Operations and also the Board.
