FP&A Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and analysis for central departments, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles for all corporate cost centres.
• Collaborate with cost centre owners (e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Legal) to monitor and explain expenditure against budgets.
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc cost analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools used for corporate reporting.
• Provide analytical support and reporting for capital expenditure.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of month-end reporting for central costs.
• Contribute to the delivery of budgets, forecasts, and risk & opportunity assessments.
• Ensure cost centre spend aligns with budget and provide clear explanations for variances.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support senior leadership and stakeholder requirements.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and risk/opportunity insights using robust financial models.
• Produce a range of capital expenditure reports to keep senior stakeholders informed on key areas of spend.
