HR Business Partner

North West London

Up to £50,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation and play a key role in shaping and delivering a high-impact people strategy. You will partner with senior leaders across multiple sites/functions, providing expert HR guidance that supports commercial goals, enhances colleague experience, and drives long-term organisational success.

About the Role:

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to managers and leaders, aligning people plans with business priorities. This is a hands-on, solutions-focused role requiring strong relationship management, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with leaders to translate business needs into clear and effective people initiatives.
  • Use HR data (e.g., turnover, absence, performance) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide insight-led recommendations that balance commercial outcomes with a great colleague experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR matters, building credibility across a diverse, multi-site operation.
  • Influence decisions and drive alignment across departments and stakeholder groups.
  • Foster strong, collaborative working relationships across HR and the wider organisation.
  • Lead or support organisational change projects, restructures, system implementations, and cultural initiatives.
  • Develop and execute communication and change plans that ensure smooth transitions.
  • Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and positive working practices.
  • Coach and support managers to build confidence in handling performance, ER, and people management.
  • Work with L&D/Talent teams to identify capability gaps and support appropriate development solutions.
  • Support workforce planning, succession, and talent development to ensure the right skills and capacity for the future.
  • Develop practical retention and talent strategies.
  • Use people insights to anticipate challenges and recommend sustainable solutions.
  • Provide pragmatic, legally compliant HR advice on a range of employee relations issues.
  • Diagnose root causes of people challenges and implement effective, data-led solutions.
  • Balance operational needs with fairness and best practice.

Skills & Experience

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong HR generalist background, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site or customer-focused environment.
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law.
  • Experience leading HR initiatives and contributing to wider people strategies.
  • Proven experience in change management (e.g., restructures, TUPE, transformation).
