Business Process Lead - Controlling and FP&A (with specific Manufacturing expertise)
Department: S/4 Program
Purpose of the role:
The role of the Business Process Lead - Controlling and FP&A will enable the business transformation and maximize the value from the S/4HANA program for our business.
R2R, FA, GL, AA, Banking, controling, Finance, Planning, IA, Tax reporting, Analytics
This person is a member of the Record to Report workstream*. They will be fully dedicated to the global transformation program, with a strong focus on business value realization, business process excellence and core SAP Finance product valuation.
*Record to Report workstream covers GL accounting, Fixed assets, Bank, Controlling, Financial reporting, and Finance Planning and Analytics, Inventory accounting, Financial & internal control, Tax reporting, Controlling, Planning, Analytics and Dashboarding.
This person will be dedicated to the Record to Report workstream, but they will also ensure a robust consistency with other Global Business Processes (Concept to Product, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Forecast to Produce).
More specifically, the Business Process Lead - Controlling and FP&A is expected to provide strong expertise both for inhouse and subcontracted manufacturing activities (product costing, WIP and variance analysis…) and drive to:
- contribute to the design of the core model (in SAP S/4)
- act on the design and implementation of the controlling, planning and analytics solutions for the local manufacturing sites (to facilitate local planning elaboration and actuals tracking, to address the local needs in terms of analytics)
- act on the design and implementation of the controlling, planning and analytics solutions for the manufacturing division (to bring visibility, agility and to enable performance monitoring)
- contribute to the overall controlling, planning and analytics model design and solutions implementation (Corporate, non- manufacturing divisions and sites, any others functional requirements)
In addition to functional expertise and BI / planning solutions competence, change management and stakeholders management skills will be necessary to successfully conduct the missions

| As part of the Polaris R2R team, support the GBPO to: § design the SAP S/4 core model (including CoA and analytical structure re-engineering), based on the industry Best Practices and striving for maximum standardization § build and roll out the controlling, planning and analytics model and solutions (needs collection, design, functional and non-functional specifications, and interactions with all related systems, implementation and monitoring post go live) o in local manufacturing sites o at manufacturing division level o at Corporate level § anticipate, organize, implement and monitor the transition period to ensure business continuity Collaborate with the business and the members of the Key Project Core Team to § identify, analyze, interpret and prioritize business requirements, § provide ad-hoc support and analysis, § ensure the consistency, relevance of the processes and solutions within the Record to Report workstream § secure alignment and consistency in relation with the other workstreams (P2P, O2C, R2R) § liaise with the Finance technical operations team to secure their eng |

Experience / Qualifications | |
Education: - Preferred: Master's degree University/Engineering or MBA - Languages: Fluent in English, French would be a plus - Process Improvement Training (e.g.; Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, etc.) would be a plus Experience (Proficiency): - Must have: robust FP&A or project experience dedicated to Manufacturing - At least 5 to 10 years working experience in multinational companies with relevant experience - Proven track record of reengineering process and BI planning & analytics solutions - Excellent negotiation skills with key business users and within IT - Strong knowledge of finance processes and organization - Strong business acumen, decision making, and influence skills across all levels of an organization - Business process subject matter expertise and credibility with business peers - Experience in working in international environment / global organization - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Agile methodology would be a plus
