FP&A Lead

Exceptional opportunity as Financial Planning and Analysis lead for thriving Blue-Chip Retailer based in central Herts.

This represents the perfect opportunity for an ambitious CIMA or ACA qualified Accountant with circa 1 to 3 years post qualified experience looking to form a career in retail within a role that gives good exposure to the whole business.

This role sits with the Group Financial Planning team and gives a uniquely broad perspective of the business and has been constantly the route to progress within this multi-site retailer.

Key accountabilities and duties include:

To take owner ship for the performance reporting for two business units, working closely with KPI owners to understand performance and to continue to develop the KPI's, P&L Analysis supporting as number of key business areas within the business, ad-hoc data analysis requests and supporting investor relations to provide insight of performance and help with ad-hoc queries.

This opportunity is perfectly suited to a recently qualified ACA or CIMA looking for an introductory opportunity within a market leading retailer offering superb long-term progression.
