Group Finance Manager - International Business

Great opportunity for a professionally trained Accountant looking for a Finance Manager role within industry.

Joining a commercial international business in Basingstoke you will take responsibility for managing a Group Assistant Accountant and preparing the Group's monthly management reporting.

You will produce statutory accounts for various UK companies and will oversee accounts for a couple of international entities. You will produce the consolidated month end reporting and analysis and will ensure the monthly timetable is adhered to.

You will provide analysis and commentary on monthly management accounts and will support ensuring that quarterly and annual audits run smoothly. You will have involvement in the budgeting and forecasting process and undertake ad hoc projects as needed.

With a strong technical ability and good knowledge of IFRS, you will act as a technical guide, identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, assess group accounting for specific transactions and ensure compliance with IFRS, and establish and update as needed accounting policies for the business.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and will act as a key contact for colleagues based overseas.
