Head of Finance - Media Agency

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Director / Head of Finance to join a Media / Marketing agency in this newly created role. This is a highly commercial role reporting directly to the CFO and managing the team of 6+. You will be responsible for managing all the monthly reporting and partner with senior leadership across the business to support decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management, 2 x managers, 2 x qualified accountants and transactional team

- Oversee and manage all reporting and controls and implement process improvement where necessary

- Ensure processes are set up across the group and kept to a high standard, ensuring all compliant with regulatory and HMRC reporting

- Act as lead contact on the group audit

- Set up and drive improved commercial analysis to improve profitability, planning and forecasting

- Ad-hoc projects.

This roles requires you to be fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent with at least 5+ years PQE. Having previous experience withing a media or marketing agency will be advantageous and prior experience with any M&A activity would be beneficial.
