Head of Portfolio - Agile Transformation

I am working with a Leading London Market insurer that are looking to add a Head of Portfolio to their expanding Transformation division. The current Project Management Office is moving towards an Agile Practice Office and as the Head of Portfolio, you will play a key role in devising and delivering the APO strategy.

Working very closely with and supporting the Head of Transformation you will also have accountability for Business Management, by picking up a number of key initiatives coming from the Exec, and helping to manage / support / deliver them where required. This is an element that will grow with time and will give you significant exposure to a wide variety of key business and market initiatives.

Essential experience

- Previous experience of transitioning a Project Management Office into an Agile Practice Office.

- Business Management capability experience i.e. working with the exec and leading key ad-hoc initiatives.

- Proven financial services experience gained within large / complex transformation environments. (Ideally insurance).
