The Role
GreenSquareAccord is undergoing a significant cultural and organisational transformation, and we are seeking an exceptional Head of Reward to lead the design and delivery of their innovative new Total Reward Strategy.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will collaborate closely with the new Head of HR Operations and Head of Talent to embed reward as a key driver of high performance and cultural change. This role will help position them as an employer of choice across the regions, while ensuring their Reward frameworks are modern, equitable, and inspiring for all employees.
This role will be responsible for;
- Leading, developing and delivering a competitive Total Reward Strategy aligned with the organisations transformation goals.
- Overseeing pay structures, job grading, benefits frameworks, and pension schemes, ensuring they drive engagement, high performance, and equity.
- Play a strategic leadership role, partnering with senior management, developing direct reports and advising on all aspects of remuneration as a subject matter expert.
- Drive transformation initiatives in rewards, enhancing the employee well being agenda and supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
We're looking for a passionate People leader and experienced Reward specialist that thrives on driving impactful cultural and organisational change. To be successful in this role, you will make up part of a new, dynamic, high performing team and should have a proven track record in designing and implementing reward strategies within a change environment, coupled with strong analytical and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of Willis Tower Watson and Hays Methodologies will be essential, as well as an understanding of contemporary trends in benefits, pay equity, and incentive design, whilst also the ability to confidently influence decisions at senior levels.
