Job description

I'm partnering with a fantastic business who are implementing a new HR team to their wider people function.

This role will be at the heart of supporting and developing top talent and future leaders, ensuring a strong and diverse succession pipelines and promoting the nurturing of talent at all levels for the future.

You will serve as the go-to subject matter expert on all things Talent in Business. Additionally, you'll be part of a wider community of Talent Specialists across the organisation representing the challenges, trends, and needs of the business entity. Collaborating with leaders, HR, and key stakeholders, you'll develop and deploy bespoke solutions to support talent progression and readiness for senior leadership roles within both.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Shape and execute Business Talent strategy, covering talent identification, management, succession planning, and development.
  • Lead end-to-end talent review and succession planning processes, highlighting strengths, gaps, and future actions.
  • Support and guide HRBP community, Talent leads, and Business leaders to understand and address future Talent needs effectively.
  • Design and implement impactful talent development interventions, with clear success metrics for ROI.
  • Ensure senior talent have comprehensive development plans and access tailored solutions as needed.
  • Conduct 121 debriefs on leadership assessments for senior leaders to enhance self-awareness.
  • Analyse talent metrics to identify issues and interventions, maintaining data integrity and tracking KPIs.
  • Act as a key link to the group Talent community, advocating for Business needs and influencing direction.
  • Manage projects collaborating with team members on D, E, and I initiatives, leadership development, and cultural change.
  • Stay updated on external talent management trends, integrating innovative practices into Business strategies, and work closely with Talent Attraction team to enhance diversity in talent pipelines and reduce hiring costs.

Skills And Experience

  • Experience in and passion for the talent, succession, and diversity arena.
  • proven ability in building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • Experience in delivering HR change/transformation in a large complex global organisation.
  • Data analysis, insight translating into compelling stories to drive decision-making and influence outcomes.

Desirable

  • Coaching experience or aspiring towards a coaching qualification.
  • Experience of using psychometrics for 121 and team development.
  • Experience in facilitation and training delivery.

This is a hybrid role, based in London HQ 3 days per week. Offering a competitive salary and impressive benefits including:
