Investigo are pleased to be supporting a reputable, global and market leading organisation, in their search for a Learning Transformation Organisation Design Consultant. The organisation prides themselves as being inclusive, forward thinking and have the opportunity to develop alongside the successful consultant.

This role is responsible for expanding and designing new learning training programmes. There is an opportunity to implement this operational model globally. Alongside, working closely support and assist in development of talented people.

Suitable, is a candidate with excellent knowledge of data and analysis. With the drive to find solutions, implement development and support future designs for project leads.

Competencies:

• Confidence in working with global organisation design from design through to implementation
• Document accountabilities, responsibilities and decision-rights by role Motivation to enforce positive change and successful outcomes within the business
• Ability to facilitate new business relationships
• Demonstration of sufficient cross-cultural working
