HR Project: Process Analyst
Location: Leeds / Remote / Hybrid
Salary: £50-55,000 plus bonus and benefits
Permanent opportunity to start in June 2025
A Household name Financial Services brand is on a major initiative to transform their HR through the end-to-end design and implementation of a future state HR experience, which involves a redesign of the operating model and implementing a range of HR systems such as Workday, Beamery and Peakon, to deliver a digitally enabled HR function and workplace.
We are seeking an accomplished Analyst with previous experience of process design and requirement gathering with demonstration of exceptional attention to detail.
Key duties:
Support on all design including end-to-end process, HR systems and technical functionality (including the design for Workday and additional enabling technologies), analytics and services.
Effectively contribute to the Design and Continuous Improvement teams to help deliver a collective and joined-up approach to enhance the user experience.
Preparation of design workshop materials to enable accurate capture of design requirements and actions
Support with discovery for any new brands for specialist area, including documenting how processes work for different global brands today
Build strong relationships with colleagues to support in understanding stakeholder requirements and tracking and communicating design decisions
Identify, recommend and track changes required to global HR processes
Facilitate the transition of agreed processes and knowledge to wider teams, enabling creation of support material
Support testing execution, including review of test scripts and service rehearsals of processes to ensure robustness of design
Support with cutover processes and data queries, including answering questions raised by local HR teams on interim cutover process where required
Requirements
· Understanding of global HR disciplines, principles and processes
· Experience of building, maintaining and managing strong relationships with different teams and working as a team player
· Experience of process design and requirement gathering with demonstration of exceptional attention to detail
· Highly motivated and self-starter, with high level of energy and proactive approach to work
· Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences
· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently
· Proficient using Office365 tools including PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
· Experience in working in a federated organisation would be desirable but not essential
