Junior DevOps Engineer - Azure

Location: Remote, with optional travel to Nottingham HQ

We're excited to be representing our Microsoft partner client in Nottingham, who are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join the team. This role will support the development team and bridge the gap between dev and infrastructure for code, testing, deployments, and improving the quality of software releases. This role will be critical to providing seamless delivery to customers and solving some of the more complex cloud problems.

Over time you'll have every opportunity to own 'DevOps', from beginning to improve process, implementing CI/CD, driving efficiencies and also starting to build a team. As this role sits in the development team it is essential that you have a background in hands-on development.

What do we need?

• A background in software development, ideally C# .Net;
• Understanding of DevOps, integrations, CI/CD, Azure;
• Experience with Agile ways of working;
• Strong problem solving, decision-making skills and experience.

Any Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, configuration of Azure would be a significant bonus.
