Customer Operations and KYC Manager - FinTech - London

A leading Fintech embarking on an exciting growth phase and successful product launches is seeking a new KYC Manager to join a vibrant and collaborative Operations Team.

You will be tasked with:

- Managing, motivating and leading a team of customer onboarding analysts

- Resolving issues and acting as an SME and point of escalation for any complex queries

- Overseeing account opening for personal and SME customers (KYC and KYB checking)

- Ensuring PEP or Sanctions screening is completed and files remediated

- Cultivate and maintain a strong working ethos and positive culture

- Work closely with wider business units including Compliance, Technology and Customer Support

Essential skills and experience:

- Expert level knowledge of KYC and KYB onboarding processes and regulatory requirements

- Team Lead or managerial experience within a scaling organisation preferably a FinTech / e-Money business

- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver clear messages in a company with rapidly developing priorities

- Experience dealing with all levels of personnel and customers

- Ability and passion to deliver a first class onboarding experience for highly valued customers
