Management Accountant- FTC - Security Cleared

Investigo Finance are recruiting a Management Accountant on a contract basis for a client based in Milton Keynes.

In the position of Management Accountant Milton Keynes you will ensure all monthly financial controls are completed in line with company guidelines reporting into the Financial Controller. Key duties to include:

• Production of monthly management accounts and variance analysis
• Supporting any re-procurement activity and understanding the impact on finance and relevant commercials.
• Monthly reporting and supporting budget holders, with a full understanding of variances and any risk.
• Supporting project reviews, by providing accurate data and challenging, where appropriate.
• Supporting the annual budgeting process and audit requests.
• Ensuring good financial governance is adhered to, supporting any process improvement and identifying opportunities for savings, or service improvements.
• Working closely with the client Finance Team, to review monthly reports, budgets and any ad-hoc requests.

The successful candidate will need to be security level cleared

Ability to communicate across all stake holders and challenge when appropriate

Work under tight month end deadlines

The Salary

£250 to £275 day rate
