Management Accounting and Analysis Manager

New opportunity as Management reporting and Analysis lead for market leader within the sales and engineering sector.

After a recent restructure this brand new role has been created to drive business performance and to support and provide the Board with meaning information to drive decision making within an ambitious Private Equity backed business.

Whilst reporting into the Financial Controller your day to day accountabilities and duties will include:

Management and development of a small team (great opportunity if you are looking for a first step into management), Monthly Management reporting along with commentary to reflect the operations and sales, reporting on actuals versus plan, P&L work, ad-hoc analysis and project work, assisting with share-holder and banking reports and ongoing process improvements.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious, recently qualified accountant to gain commercial accounting exposure within a PE backed business with a tangible product.

This is not a "Business as Usual" culture and is well suited to a high calibre CIMA, ACA or ACCA looking for fast track development with good communication skills and the ability to gain an understanding of the business and challenge the Status Quo.
