Permanent

£51-60,000 per annum

Full Time - Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite from Central London Campus

  • Have you project managed a range of different Learning and Leadership programmes from diagnosis & design, though to facilitation & review?
  • Have you worked across the full employee lifecycle, identifying skills-gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement of processes from induction through to retention?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious London University as part of their growing Organisational Development Function. This newly formed team combine expertise in coaching, learning and leadership development, delivering a high volume of activity across the organisation to support a diverse range of L&D priorities.

Working alongside the Associate Director for OD, Learning and Leadership Development, this role has a wide reaching remit, and will present the successful candidate with continuous professional development opportunities to further specialise in this field.

This role as OD People Partner operates at strategic level, project managing a range of differing OD programmes and interventions. Responsible for all aspects of Learning and Leadership Development, it will be a varied role, involved in;

  • Leading on the design and delivery of Leadership Development Programmes, Digital Learning Courses.
  • Learning and Skills Gap Analysis' with senior stakeholders to identify key organisational challenges
  • Procurement of external delivery partners, in collaboration with the OD Operations team.
  • Budget management
  • Facilitation and Training

We are looking for a HR/People Partner, with a strong grounding Learning and Development, that is looking to further their career within Organisational Development. The successful candidate must have and experience across all of the above, as well as a natural consultative, partnering approach. This is a large, complex organisation too, so experience within such an environment, dealing with differing stakeholder groups, would be most advantageous.
