Investigo are delighted to be supporting a large Northampton based Client with their recruitment of a Payroll Administrator, on a permanent basis.The role of Payroll Administrator will encompass the following duties:

  • Ensure the four weekly payroll is processed accurately and on time
  • Ensure ALL payments are processed and authorised correctly
  • Process leavers and calculate holiday pay etc.
  • Be focal point for employee's payroll queries in conjunction with the operational teams
  • Reconcile Workplace+ on a daily basis
  • Calculate and process payments on Workplace+
  • Accurately process all payroll amendments
  • Manage email box efficiently
  • Ensure all employees queries are dealt with promptly and professionally
  • Maintain Workplace+
  • Calculate holiday entitlements
  • Administer and calculate statutory and company sick pay
  • Chase managers for missing information where necessary
  • Assist managers with completion of internal employee forms
  • Co-ordinate any out of cycle payments that may be required
  • Be pro-active, conscientious, and take pride in the work done
  • Any other payroll duties as required by the business
  • Adhere to Audit and Best Practices guidelines and ensure the relevant housekeeping routines are completed


Qualifications

  • Ability to review detailed transactions and solve problems
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable
  • Payroll Knowledge is desirable


Our Client is offering a salary of £24,000 + Benefits.
