Payroll Manager

£50,000 per annum + benefits

Colchester- Hybrid

I am recruiting for a motivated leader to support our client in our Colchester. The Payroll Manager will support a team of 3 to prepare and process the full payroll of colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including calculating and processing employee salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and any other forms of compensation.
  • Making relevant submissions to HMRC
  • Sending payroll reports to the Processing Team to process payroll payments and make relevant payments to HMRC.
  • Auto enrolment and submission of pension information on behalf of clients
  • Carrying out year-end activities such as producing P60s, and claiming Employment Allowance
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to address any payroll-related issues or discrepancies. Communicate with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
