PMO analyst required by a growing insurer located in London. As part of the businesses newly created change function and reporting to the Head of Change, the PMO Analyst will provide support at portfolio, programme and project levels. The position will also assist and support the Head of Change in the establishment of change processes across the business.

Required experience

• At least 5 years + experience as a PMO analyst.
• Experience of working within a structured change function.
• Comfortable operating as the sole PMO across a portfolio of work.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Proven financial services industry experience (ideally insurance).
