PMO Manager required by a leading global insurer located in London. Following a restructure the business has a created a group PMO capability to oversee all change / transformation. This is both a management and leadership role and will report directly to the Group Change Director, while having responsibility for 3 direct reports (PMO Analysts).
The primary focus will be ensuring the implementation of sound assurance, demand management and benefit management. You will need to know what good governance looks like and how to implement that across the portfolio.

You will need to have a proven track record of PMO Management, gained within financial services with experience of both line management and PMO implementation.
