Project Manager - Strategic Change/Insurance

Investigo are partnering with a London Market Insurer to recruit a strategic change project manager. This is a strategic/consultancy focused position, partnering with the business and exclusively managing C-level backed strategic projects.

• Positioned within a strategic change function exclusively supporting projects for C-level covering a broad portfolio of initiatives
• Exposure to the exec and a broad range of senior stakeholders across the business
• Very mature flexible working policy (no rota / fixed days etc)

Required experience

• Circa 5 + years end-to-end experience of delivering business change projects
• Strong insurance industry experience, either gained with an end insurer/broker or within consultancy (big 4 preferable) working with insurance clients
• Extensive experience of working with stakeholders up to the exec level, translating complex ideas, and taking a consultative approach in partnering with the business (pushing back when necessary)
