Project Manager x 3 , Insurance / Big 4 consultancy

Multiple Strategic Change / People Change Project Managers required by a leading global insurer. This position can be based from home / within a number of UK offices but will require ad hoc travel to London.

As part of the Strategic change team, these roles will support projects (change initiatives) and will focus on increasing employee adoption and usage. They will look at the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance. You will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.

You will have the opportunity to play a critical role in creating the change capability for the organisations UK operation and will have exposure to two of the largest programmes of work currently taking place within the insurance sector.

Required experience

  • Proven experience in project management and change.
  • Operating at a manager level with a people change background within consultancy (ideally big 4) / Insurance.
  • Target Operating Model, Process / Business change approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma and extensive stakeholder engagement models.
  • Managing and leading workstreams on large-scale and complex operations change programmes.
  • Negotiating with all parts of an organisation in order to secure resource and/or budget, meet deadlines, attain approvals, embed process and manage conflicts.
