Sales Lead - Enterprise Clients - London

£70,000 - 90,0000 + Bonus

Investigo are working with a very exciting and growing flex / co-working business who are recruiting for a Sales Lead to work with Enterprise Clients. This person will be responsible for driving sales, building a brand, developing relationships and dealing with both inbound and outbound activity.

The Role

  • Implement and manage a tenant rep engagement strategy to ensure steady lead flow from traditional agents to new and exclusive spaces
  • Oversee the start to end sales process for occupiers from tour to lease signing
  • Create, implement and develop a direct sales approach for enterprise businesses
  • Develop and roll-out a best-in-class sales process and collateral for the product
  • Track, measure, analyse and report regularly using a CRM on commercial performance metrics
  • Refine a clear pricing & discount strategy
  • Manage the current sales team to achieve their targets
  • Build the company brand name through public speaking and networking opportunities

About you

  • You'll have 7 years + experience of enterprise sales - (Flex/Real Estate desirable, but not essential)
  • You'll be a leader - you have experience building, leading and motivating a sales team
  • You are a master of the softer, strategic sales approach
  • You'll have a proven track record hitting and outperforming sales targets
  • You'll have proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key enterprise clients
  • Growth will be your main driver - you operate well in a dynamic, hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • You are a self-starter- as well as being strategic, you are not afraid
