Investigo are partnered with a large Technology business based in Luton, looking to increase their billing team by adding a new Sales Ledger Clerk.

This role is up to £28,000 - 2 days in the office.

The Sales Ledger Clerk is responsible for invoicing, dealing directly with customers and good AR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Send invoices and account updates to clients/customers

  • Keep an accurate record of customer accounts and outstanding balances

  • Receive, sort, and track incoming payments

  • Validate debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments

  • Issue receipts for received payments

  • Address and solve client questions and issues

  • Securely handle client data and payment information

  • Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data within the business

  • Dealing directly with customers


  • 1 year experience minimum
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Excel knowledge
  • Team Player
