Job description

I am currently recruiting for a luxury beauty brand for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the supply chain team.

This role works at the heart of the business processing sales orders and invoices for their global customer base, working collaboratively with their partners to ensure orders are dispatched on time, accurately and within cost.

Sales ops co-ordinators receive and process business to business orders, into the ERP system and then work with their 3PLs to ensure orders are prioritised / picked / shipped.

Successful associates have high levels of attention to detail, able to work within an ERP system and good communication skills (sales team, customers , 3PLs)

  • Deliver a first-class level of customer service to our clients, professionally and efficiently always and in accordance with Company processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with other key stakeholders including third party suppliers and other operations Globally
  • Order processing and invoicing
  • Continuously innovate and look for new ways to improve service we provide to our customers and increase business efficiency
  • Produce internal and external reports and statistical analysis as required including client specific reporting
  • Support the clients in problem solving by building an in depth understanding of their businesses and the problems that impact them
  • Proactively identify challenges within the clients own supply chain process which we impact upon and suggest possible solutions to optimise process
  • Attend client and other meetings as required
  • Participate in Supply Chain and wider project teams.
  • Create and manage mitigation plans where issues are apparent.
