Senior Accountant

Following a recent change to their finance structure and the acquisition of another company, the business have identified a need to recruit a qualified Senior Accountant for a key role in finance.

Sitting between Financial Control and the Commercial Finance team and working cross functionally with stakeholders across operations, this role will take full responsibility for an exciting mix of financial reporting, controls, process improvement as well as commercial business partnering and M&A projects. This is an exciting and highly diverse role and a great first step for someone looking to make the break out of practice. With full exposure to the senior leadership team as well as business partnering finance Integration and Internal audit the role will require those with a hands on pro-active mindset and intuitive approach for this role to be a success.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified ACA/ ACCA accountant with a background in audit and controls who is seeking a collaborative working environment and excellent development prospects. You will ideally be a qualified accountant, trained in practice, ideally with experience of accounts preparation. The business will also consider Financial Accountant/ Reporting candidates from industry who are looking for a more diverse role with some commercial exposure.
