Senior business analyst required for a Lloyd's MGA located in London. Positioned within the organisations newly created change function, the Senior Business Analyst will be the Business Analysis SME supporting a variety of business and IT related projects, while helping lay the foundations for the core internal BA capability. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of business analysis gained within the Lloyd's / London market insurance industry combined with strong Agile skills. Any experience of working with Big 4 consultancy or Lean methodology would be highly beneficial.

Required experience

• Proven track record of Business Analysis operating as a Senior Business Analyst
• Lloyd's / London Market Industry experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels including c-level.
• Sound understanding of Agile Methodology
• Any experience of Lean or working directly with Big 4 consultancy would be highly beneficial.
