An Independent Agency with a split consumer and healthcare focus is looking for a client-facing Senior CX strategist to support its clients in the medical device space. This position is fully remote with an annual salary range of 80-85k.
This CX Strategist will be well-versed in Voice of the Customer methods as well as Marketing Operations and using data insights to drive strategy for new business and for existing clients.
The ideal applicant will have experience in Customer Journey Mapping, Marketing Operations platforms, CX tools (closed-loop systems, mapping, NPS, CES), visual modeling, and customer insights platforms. A background in agency serving healthcare or direct-to-consumer brands is strongly recommended.
