Job description
Senior Finance Analyst
This role joins a high-performing finance team and plays a key role in financial control, reporting, and business partnering across multiple international entities. This is a great opportunity for someone from a large, fast-paced corporate environment who thrives on accuracy, financial improvements, and translating numbers into meaningful insight.
- Location: London
- Salary: £50,000+ Study Support
- Hybrid: 1/2 days in the office
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis across multiple business units and regions, ensuring full compliance with internal controls and standards.
- Prepare detailed balance sheet performance reports providing an overview of aged debt, WIP, accruals and prepayments.
- Prepare month-end results and forecasts, providing insightful commentary on performance and variances.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
- Lead financial reviews, highlighting risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.
- Contribute to audit and compliance processes, ensuring SOX and corporate standards are consistently met.
- Support transformation and efficiency initiatives across finance systems and reporting processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Part-Qualified or Finalist (ACCA/CIMA) with strong financial reporting and analysis experience.
- Proven track record in a large corporate organisation, ideally within property, real estate or similar.
- Understanding of SOX / internal controls.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across operational and finance teams.
- Advanced Excel and systems skills, with a passion for continuous improvement.
