Senior Finance Business Partner

My client is a very well established US listed property developer who are looking for a highly commercial individual from any background to lead a business critical and newly formed department in their state of the art London offices. They are looking for a highly intelligent individual with a formidable technical background and an eye for pushing a strong commercial agenda and making the appropriate changes where needed. You will be given total autonomy over the business unit and will be expected to manage a develop a team of almost double figures.

The role itself is as follows:

Key Responsibilities

• Be the key business partnering to operational property directors
• Conduct financial reviews of all potential property partners
• Build a strong understand of the entire business unit and potential impacts that decisions could make
• Work on all major acquisitions and disposals and their viability
• Manage a large team
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting
• Challenge internal stakeholders where appropriate
• Oversee the delivery of management accounts
• Oversee P&L performance

Key Requirements

• Accounting qualification
• Strong communication skills
• Previous team management
• Strong commercial experience
• Strong technical accounting experience
