The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading FMCG company in a genuinely strategic finance role. You'll be working directly with our CEO and CFO, focusing purely on high-value business partnering activities without the burden of traditional month-end processes or BAU finance duties.

What You'll Be Doing

• Strategic Business Partnering: Partner directly with senior leadership to drive commercial decision-making and business performance
• Long-term Planning: Lead the development and refinement of our 5-year strategic plan and annual budgeting processes
• Project Leadership: Spearhead critical business projects and transformation initiatives
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop 2 direct reports in a collaborative environment
• Executive Reporting: Present insights and recommendations directly to CEO and CFO level

• Leadership Experience: Experience managing and developing finance teams
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with senior leadership experience
