Senior Payroll Administrator - FTC

Investigo have partnered with a thriving retail business based in Watford who are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join the team on a 12 month FTC, starting as soon as possible! The purpose of the role is to ensure all employees are paid in a timely and accurate manager, supporting the payroll manager as and when required. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administration of the monthly payroll, ensuring deadlines are met and the payroll is processed accurately and timely
  • Administer changes such as starters, leavers, salary changes, department changes etc
  • Maintain and adhere to GDPR regulations and escalate any queries as necessary
  • Create and maintain procedures in the payroll department
  • Complete any statutory reporting and assist the payroll manager with the interface management between systems
  • Assist with processing overtime hours each month and reporting, alongside administering statutory payments and calculations such as SSP, SMP etc.
  • Process benefit scheme payroll changes such as company car, childcare, cycle to work, pension, medical insurance and more
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required
