Service Transition Manager
Hybrid working model of Remote and Manchester
My client has an urgent requirement for a service Transition representative to join them and help set up and create this function.
Key skills:
- Manage the process used to design and support the services introduced, ensuring standard process compliance and support documentation is in place.
- Ensure operational readiness of the impacted areas, gathering their requirements and following through with the projects to resolution
- Identify any risks or deficiencies within a new or changed service. Ensure these are documented, assessments are performed, and mitigated or escalated to a senior member of the team.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for new or updated services are in place and signed-off and stored in the appropriate place.
Deliver with a focus on value for money, quality services, and supportable solutions.
