SuccessFactors Solutions Lead

I am currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Lead to join our customer on an initial 6-month contract based in London with travel to Hull.

The SuccesssFactors Solution Lead will:

• The Solution Lead will manage third party resources delivering the defined solutions and directly manage testing and UAT with the BTP /IT Test Manager, as well as engagement and handover of solutions to BAU IT.

• The Solution Lead will work closely with the Business Process Owner within HR and IT Business Analyst for HR to ensure that solutions are fit for purpose and supported by appropriate implementation plans.

• The Solution Lead will be responsible for the maintenance of project plans and engagement of business and technical resources in the plans to ensure timely deliverable

Previous experience needed:

• Must have previous experience of Success Factors EC and Learning implementation.

• Must have sound understanding of SAP integration (HCI) and SAP HCM.

• May require previous experience of time management in an SF or SAP HCM environment.

• Must have strong project management, business process and controls experience.

• Must have track record of delivery in partnership with BAU and project resources, with strong business engagement skills.

• Desirable to have ResourceLink knowledge and have worked in an environment where ResourceLink integrates to SAP
