Transformation Lead / Consultant - Payments - Shared Services
£85k - £100k + package & competitive Pension
London - remote working presently

Our leading payments client are looking to add transformation expertise to a newly reshaped change function. They're looking to align 2-3 Transformation Leads to individuals of the C-Suite across; IT, risk, payments, operations, HR etc.
Change sits centrally within the organisation & all change will be run through the EPMO function to assist with delivery, plans & costings.
This role would suit a former / current consultant or a senior industry individual that has run programmes but remained hands on without having large teams to draw upon. The business are open to sector of candidate.
The roles will involve the following:
- Working with a specific C-Suite stakeholder to understand their business area & identify areas in need of transformation
- Essential work delivering the target operating model as well as embedding the new change way of working
- Scope the transformation opportunities & present them
- Deliver the transformations from end to end
- Work with other transformation leads within the business to understand what's working well within their areas & adapting their approach accordingly
- Representing the change specialism within the business & facing off to C-Suite stakeholders
The business are looking for people with the following experience;
- Consulting - ideally with experience across multiple sectors
- Senior relationship management
- Shared services
- TOM delivery / design
- Hands on delivery of large / small transformations
- Internally facing business change programmes
The role is pivotal within the business and carries a lot of responsibility to represent the change function effectively across the business. They will be senior exposure within the role to key business stakeholders. The roles are hands on & candidates must be prepared to drive transformation internally.
