Treasury Analyst - Controls & Reporting Project

Investigo is currently partnered with a global Media Production / Marketing Agency that is looking to improve their treasury reporting and controls. This role is an initial contract with the potential to extend of go permanent. Based in Central London near Oxford Street they have a great team environment and offer flexible working with 2-3 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities:

• Production of monthly Treasury Dashboard/ KPI's and Reporting Pack
• Responsible for the Opening / Closing of Global Bank Accounts partnering with the appropriate divisions / teams
• Liaise with relevant bank to fulfil / provide KYC information
• Ensure the Group SSI data is captured and liaison with the Treasury Analyst - Systems & Projects to ensure the Records are correct.
• Be responsible for all Bank Accounts whilst partnering with the team to ensure the TMS Bank Account /Counterparty records are correct.
• Forecast and monitor cash flow on a Daily/weekly basis and reconcile cash application and disbursements in a timely manner
• Quarterly review of Counterparty Exposure limits in accordance with the applicable credit policies to accommodate any changes made to the credit policy
• Assist business in ad hoc banking requests and enquiries
