Job description
We're looking for a Workday Functional Consultant with deep Advanced Compensation expertise to join our client on a contract basis. You'll take a hands-on role in configuring, optimising, and delivering Workday solutions that align with new ways of working across the People function.
What you'll do:
Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Advanced Compensation in Workday
Translate complex reward processes (merit, bonus, equity, salary structures) into user-friendly solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, global processes while meeting local compliance needs
Work closely with Product Owners, HR Systems teams, and BAs to deliver roadmap priorities
Ensure smooth integration with HCM Core and other modules
What you'll bring:
5+ years' Workday configuration experience, with proven Advanced Compensation specialism
Experience across additional Workday modules (HCM Core, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, etc.)
Strong track record in large-scale HR/People transformation projects
Ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and influence stakeholders globally
Detail-focused, analytical, and confident delivering in fast-paced environments
