Job Description: Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Workday HCM Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration and a deep understanding of HR processes. They are one of the world's leading independent asset management companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and new module implementations.
  • Generate and analyse reports to support HR decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workday HCM Analyst or similar role.
  • Proven experience with Workday HCM configuration and administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workday certification is a plus.
