Job description

Job Description: As a Workday PSA Consultant, you will be involved in the implementation and optimisation of Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure Workday PSA to meet those needs, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday PSA implementation projects from planning to go-live, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Workday PSA solutions.
  • Configure and customise Workday PSA modules to align with client-specific business processes and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and best practices for Workday PSA setup, usage, and optimisation.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure client teams are proficient in using Workday PSA.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday PSA, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and operation of Workday PSA.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday PSA solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday PSA modules, configuration, and customisation.
  • Strong understanding of professional services business processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Workday certification in PSA or other relevant areas is a plus.
