We are excited to announce the launch of our fourth Academy – Investigo’s structured training program for those who are new to recruitment. We will be investing in the development and growth of our own talent, with 5 new Associate Consultants joining the program.
The Academy – ‘learn, aspire, grow’ is all about training consultants to become future leaders within the business. Those with talent and drive will shine and be rewarded in the early days of their career at Investigo. Beyond the Academy there is ongoing support, training and development from our passionate industry experts to give consultants the opportunity to grow and reach their full potential.’’
An intensive training program, consisting of workshops, peer group learning, online modules and practical desk training, the Investigo Academy teaches new and inexperienced recruits the skills required to be a successful recruitment consultant.
The Academy is interactive, supportive and competitive and consultants are challenged to put their own ideas into practice within groups and pairs. All Academy graduates receive ongoing support from their manager and team but, also from our tailored buddy system – every new starter is matched with a ‘buddy’ who will ensure they feel welcomed into the company. Investigo prides itself on employing the very best consultants in the select markets they service, which means our inexperienced hires will be surrounded daily by some of the most talented recruiters in the industry.
Last year, sixteen consultants successfully graduated from the Academy. £32,500 was their first-year average earnings and typical promotion time was 10 months.
