Investigo wins Best Employee Communications at Investing in Talent Awards

Investigo has won the award for Best Employee Communications at the Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards (RITAs) 2020! Recognising recruiters that put people first, the RITAs pay tribute to the industry’s best employers and most inspirational employees, from newcomers and support people to agency leaders and high-performing teams.

At a virtual awards ceremony on Friday 11th December, the judges were particularly impressed with our commitment to our people-centred culture, demonstrated through effective employee communications from senior management, our People and Culture team and our Marketing team. This included everything from our weekly newsletters and financial reports, to our use of social media, our intranet and central hub, to monthly townhalls, virtual onboarding, Lunch and Learns, fitness classes and awareness days.

The judges were also impressed with the way we were able to track the effectiveness and impact of our various channels, recognising that Investigo is an organisation that does not opt for a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.

This is our third award victory of the year, after we were named Best Banking/Financial Services Recruitment Agency and Recruitment Agency of the Year (large) at the Recruiter Awards in September. Our success at the RITAs is a truly fantastic way to end the year.
