Data Business Analyst - London Market Insurance

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of how data flows through London market insurance businesses, from policy inception through to finance and actuarial reporting.

You'll play a key role in this London Market Insurers growing transformation team, starting with a major finance and accounting implementation project and supporting a series of upcoming finance and back-office initiatives where data is at the heart of everything.

This isn't a pure tech role, the business need someone who can bridge the gap between technical detail and business impact. You'll be working closely with Finance, Actuarial, and senior stakeholders, translating data insights into meaningful business outcomes.

Essential experience required:

• Extensive Lloyd's / London Market Insurance experience
• A deep understanding of insurance data, finance, and actuarial processes
• A strong grasp of data flows, reconciliations, and reporting
• Confident communicator, with a track record of engaging with stakeholders across all levels

Permanent, London / flexible working (Circa 2 days a week in London)
