My client is an impressive Real Estate company, overseeing the management of a major central London site which has become a vital hub for businesses, the local community and visitors to the city. Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be managing key areas of finance, controls and systems, the role will include:

• Ensuring robust controls across the group
• Support the development of the risk management framework
• Oversight of controls around refinancing
• Lead on the implementation of a new Finance system, with support from tech and project teams
• Finance business partnering with internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting to the senior leadership team including the CEO and COO
• Oversight of the accounts payable and treasury functions

What's required

• ACA Qualified with an audit background
• Knowledge of IFRS and FRS 102
• Experience of finance systems transformation
• Confident in delivering projects to key objectives
• Experience in reviewing and managing internal controls
• Real Estate experience desirable but not essential
• Strong communication skills and business partnering experience
• Strong Excel skills
