Management Accountant

Management Accountant required for small to medium sized friendly sales and distribution business based in Herts.

This is a hands on role reporting into the Financial Controller and will cover a number of areas including:

Monthly Management Accounting, reporting on actuals versus budget along with commentary that will be used for decision making, assisting in putting together the board packs, VAT returns, assisting with the annual financial plan, oversight and hands-on work around Accounts Payable and payment runs, ad-hoc analysis to assist decision support for a number of projects.

The Management Accountant will be a proactive individual with a can do attitude and will be happy to help with broad accounting duties when required

This role is suited to a finalist looking for broad exposure to finance or equally suited to a qualified accountant who has been a victim of redundancy due to Covid 19 and is looking to start a new job at short notice.
